Here’s the story behind how we transformed an emerging IELTS institute
in Trivandrum into a popular centre attracting students in large numbers.

IELTS instructor Mr Allen, who also runs the institute Cosmo Centre, talks about ATEES:

Problem Identification

Cosmo Centre, Trivandrum came to us looking for a solution to boost the institute’s popularity on the online platform. The institute already had a website and a facebook page, but both were not generating leads as expected. The website also did not rank well in relevant Google searches. Considering the nature of the business (a coaching institute), we had to think of a strategy that would make sure that the institute comes up at the top in the list of search results conducted by IELTS aspirants browsing the internet for quality coaching centres in Kerala. We had a three-pronged approach to the problem:

  1. Conduct SEO for the website and other business pages, with the appropriate keywords so that the website ranks high in top search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing etc.

  2. Create engaging videos on the services/courses offered by the institute, as well as student testimonial videos and market them through all possible channels like company website, youtube, facebook etc.

  3. Create positive Google reviews to enhance search visibility and showcase the popularity of the institute.


After extensive keyword research, the website and facebook content was optimised for better search engine visibility. The ranking of these pages increased as a result.

We created informative and entertaining videos about the institute, and distributed them through popular channels, promoting the courses effectively to a wider audience. Actual student testimonial videos, edited by us to make them more appealing had a profound effect in creating a sense of trust and motivating more students to enroll in the institute.

We created a great Google presence by encouraging all students (past and current) of the institute to submit their original reviews. A high Google rating helped the institute to appear prominently in Google Maps and stand out as a trusted educational centre.

Within a few months of using our SEO and marketing efforts, more enquiries started coming in and in no time, the institute was running in full capacity. The revenue increased by 40 % in a single year. Today Cosmo Centre is an institute in high demand thanks to its well-established teaching methodology made popular through digitization by ATEES.
